The Y is now offering Elite Training for your athlete this Fall. Training is not sport specific but focuses on improving overall strength, endurance, agility and more.
Sessions are offered monthly with 2 options!
Session I: September 30 - October 31
Session II: November 4 - November 27
Session III: December 2 - 19
(Due to the holiday this session only have one option. It will be held Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)
Option I: Monday and Wednesday, 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM
Option II: Tuesday and Thursday, 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM
All 6th - 12th grade students are welcomed to participate!
Y-Members $50.00 / Non-Members $60.00
